The Pre-Approval Team
You’ll meet one-on-one with your pre-approval manager to talk about a variety of loan options and and answer any questions that you might have about the loan process. At this stage in the process, we will provide you with different loan options to help you best optimize your homeownership and money goals.
Step 03
The Loan Management Team
Our team will work hard to keep you updated and informed as we move through the process. From update calls every Tuesday, to being available 7 days a week, the Lizy Hoeffer Team is experienced and skilled at ushering your home loan.
Step 04
The Processing Team
Once in processing, we will be busy gathering documents, ordering any necessary inspections, appraisals, etc. Anything and everything that is required to submit your loan tounderwriting will be taken care of by our loan processing team.
Step 05
Close
Yay! We made it! When you loan starts out on the right foot, there is less stress, lessquestions and higher efficiency. We find this is the quickest and happiest way to asuccessful close of escrow. According to Fannie Mae the national average days to fund a homeloan is 46, our process is under 30!
