At this stage in the process, we will provide you with different loan options to help you best optimize your homeownership and money goals.
Our team will work hard to keep you updated and informed as we move through the process. From update calls every Tuesday, to being available 7 days a week, the Lizy Hoeffer Team is experienced and skilled at ushering your home loan.
Once in processing, we will be busy gathering documents, ordering any necessary inspections, appraisals, etc. Anything and everything that is required to submit your loan to underwriting will be taken care of by our loan processing team.
